Sweet Treats Prize Draw – QUBE News September 2026

  • Promoter This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is run by QUBE Automotive Ltd (Company No: 07227878), registered office 10 Hollingworth Court, Turkey Mill, Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, England, ME14 5PP (“QUBE”, “we”, “us”) (“Promoter”).
  • How to enter To enter, you must be a subscriber to QUBE News and complete the industry poll linked within the newsletter issue during the Prize Draw Period (defined below). No purchase is necessary. Entry is free and open only via the poll link provided in the relevant QUBE News issue.
  • Prize Draw Period The Prize Draw opens on 7 September 2026 and closes on 21 September 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
  • Eligibility The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over, submitting on behalf of a business, who are resident in the United Kingdom / Europe. Employees (and their immediate families) of QUBE Automotive Ltd, its group companies, and any parties directly involved in administering the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
  • Limit on entries One entry per person and per company. Multiple entries from the same person or organisation will be disqualified.
  • The prize The winner will receive one Sweet Treats hamper for their team (“Prize”). The Prize is as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item, in whole or in part. Details of the exact hamper contents will be confirmed at the time of dispatch and may vary subject to availability.
  • Winner selection One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period, within 7 working days of the Prize Draw closing.
  • Notification The winner will be notified by email (using the address provided at subscription/entry) within 7 working days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, QUBE reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Delivery of prize The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated business address. QUBE is not responsible for delays or losses in delivery once dispatched via a third-party courier.
  • Data use As entry is only open to QUBE News subscribers, your details are already held and used in accordance with the marketing preferences you provided when subscribing. Entry data will additionally be used to administer the Prize Draw (including contacting and verifying the winner). All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Not sponsored by LinkedIn or Mailchimp This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or Mailchimp. Any questions or complaints about the Prize Draw should be directed to QUBE, not to LinkedIn or Mailchimp.
  • General
    • QUBE reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
    • QUBE’s decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including selection of the winner, is final and binding.
    • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • This Prize Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
