DM (DIRECT MAIL)
When generating marketing using this format the system produces high quality pdfs which are downloaded directly by the user. Allowing these to be printed, shared and used across the business.
EDM (ELECTRONIC DIRECT MAIL)
Audience lists are created within system which includes Experian business data to maximise marketing reach. These audience lists can be tailored by specific postcode district, business and customer types and much more. Emails are then deployed directly from the system using the tailored email marketing template selected.
A complete history of marketing campaigns is logged and can be edited and rerun if required. This includes full campaign performance reporting allowing analysis of individual campaigns. Customer marketing preferences are automatically updated with the system ensuring rigorous compliance with data protection regulations.
