Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) has acquired the British automotive software provider QUBE Automotive (“QUBE”). With this acquisition, TSS has expanded its automotive portfolio in Europe to 6 companies. It is the 12th company to join TSS in the UK & Ireland region.
QUBE provides international vehicle manufacturers in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe with software solutions for their aftersales, trade, and purchase needs, as well as bespoke development and specialized consultancy services. The after-sales solution provides business intelligence data and reporting that covers the entire vehicle and customer life cycle, enabling well-informed decision-making. The trade parts software solution allows vehicle manufacturers to retain and increase genuine trade parts sales via their chosen network. For purchase needs, QUBE has an automotive reporting system that supports sales teams with easily accessible, up-to-date data, enabling comparisons of accessory and parts sales across the manufacturer’s dealer network.
