Can you tell us about your role at QUBE?
I’m a results-driven Client and System Support Manager with 28 years of experience in the automotive industry. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional client service, solving complex technical challenges, and helping systems run at their best. Throughout my career, I’ve built lasting client relationships founded on trust, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
What is your experience in the automotive industry?
I’ve worked across all major sectors, from retailers and motor factors to vehicle manufacturers. My career so far has included roles with well-known names such as Halfords, Motorbitz, German & Swedish, SC Motor Factors, Renault, Peugeot and Nissan. All giving me a well-rounded understanding of the industry from every angle.
How has your journey with QUBE been so far?
I’ve been part of the QUBE team for over two years, during which time I’ve had the opportunity to work in two rewarding roles. First as a Trade Programme Manager and now as a Client and Systems Support Manager. Each role has allowed me to grow and collaborate with great people, contributing to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What was it about QUBE that made you want to get involved?
When looking for a company to join, I’ve always prioritized working with excellent people, and QUBE immediately stood out. The team’s collective professional attitude is truly impressive. Not just internally, but also in the way the company engages with and supports its clients. It’s clear that a high standard of work and a collaborative spirit are at the core of what QUBE does, which is something I find very motivating.
What would you say you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy using my automotive experience to help our clients, support my colleagues and working alongside like-minded individuals.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
Meeting up with friends and going for walks in the local forest.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
If I could have one superpower, it would be the ability to fly.

Tell us something that’s on your bucket list
I have always wanted to complete a skydive or bungee jump.
What’s been the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Never to burn any bridges. You will never know when you may need them again.
Finally, what is one thing you would like readers to know about yourself that they might not know already?
I once completed the London to Paris Bike Ride for charity, which took 3 days.
